Unwind, Release and Reconnect in Reformer Meditate & Stretch -
A gentle, restorative class designed to calm the mind and open the body. Using the support of the reformer, you'll move through slow, intentional stretches that increase flexibility, reduce tension, and
improve mobility. 

REFORMER STRETCH & FLOW

Move with intension and ease to Reformer Stretch & Flow -
A feel good class that blends gentle, Flowing reformer sequences with deep, resortative stretching, designed to enhance flexibility,
mobility, and body awareness. This class focuses on fluid transitions, mindful breath, and releasing tension.

REFORMER SCULPT & FLOW

Find your strength and your rhythm in Reformer Sculpt & Flow - A dynamic blend of toning and movement designed to challenge and energise your body. This class combines controlled strength-building reformer exercises with smooth, flowing transitions to keep your body moving and your mind engaged.

REFORMER & STRETCH

The best of both worlds - Half Reformer / Half Stretch is a balanced class designed to strengthen and lengthen your body in equal measure. The first half focuses on dynamic, full-body reformer exercisesto build core strength, tone muscles, and improve stability. The second half transitions into deep mindful stretching to release tension, increase flexibility, and promote recovery.
